Free group guitar lessons will be offered in Winfield this spring to select teens in Cowley County, thanks to the generosity of a local guitar maker. The program was made possible through a guitar raffle held at the 53rd Walnut Valley Festival in 2025, when Danny Ginn String Works donated a custom-built guitar to raise funds for youth music education.
