The Winfield P.D. says Jennifer with the DUI Victims Center of Kansas recently visited our station as part of their Holiday Drive initiative to honor the lives of those injured or killed by impaired drivers. Each red ribbon affixed to our patrol vehicles has the name of someone injured or killed by impaired drivers. In Kansas alone, there were 2,147 alcohol-impaired driving crashes in 2024
