Ark City merchants present Halloween Downtown, a Kids’ Summit Street Trick or Treat Event. It’s October 31st, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., from Chestnut to Madison. On the east side of the street, you’ll walk to the south, and on the west side of the street, you’ll walk to the north.
