The City of Ark City says almost a year after SCK Health – Medical Center became the first Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) in Kansas, Senator Jerry Moran visited the facility on Thursday. Since earning the REH designation, SCK Health has expanded its outpatient services to include physical therapy, same-day surgery, wound care, transfusions, lab work, rural health clinics, emergency room services, and more.
