Governor Laura Kelly issued the formal proclamation declaring that the Kansas Legislature reconvene for a special session this week to pass responsible, sustainable tax relief for all Kansans. The proclamation follows Governor Kelly’s May 29 announcement of the special session. The special session will take place beginning at 9:00 AM CT on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
