City of Arkansas City says on Thursday, November 16, City Hall will undergo a significant upgrade to their computer systems! City Hall offices will undergo a complete blackout during this time, affecting all payment methods – in-person, web, phone (IVR), and text-to-pay. Unfortunately, this means they won’t be able to accept any utility payments during the upgrade process. The office will be closed to the public to ensure a smooth transition. Regrettably, we won’t be able to assist with any inquiries, including turning water services on or off for our customers. The municipal court office will remain open during this upgrade.
