From Cowley County, Kansas: ATTENTION AGRICULTURAL LANDOWNERS: The Appraiser’s Office will be mailing out the corrected agricultural questionnaires this week. These surveys show the correct land types and acreages that we currently have listed for your properties. Please review this information for accuracy. Any corrections to data will be made to the 2024 assessment records for a valuation date of January 1, 2024. Corrections can be made by noting changes needed on the survey and returning it to the Appraiser’s Office or call or stop by the office and we will make sure the corrections are made. If you have already returned the original survey with changes noted, it is not necessary to return the corrected notice. Duplicate returns will be matched and reviewed together. If you do not receive a survey for a property that has agricultural land by November 21, 2023, please let us know and we will make sure you have the information that you need.
