The City-Cowley County Health Department says recently there has been an increase in COVID-19 cases within the county. This uptick was expected as previous years have seen increases in cases in late summer & early fall. As a reminder, the Health Department still offers free antigen tests at our Winfield office. To get tested, please call and make an appointment. Upon arriving for your appointment, please park in front of the Health Department, remain in your vehicle, and call our office.
