A 10-year-old girl, Rielynn Martin, is finally back home after spending over a month in the hospital due to a boating accident in Winfield. The city of Haysville, along with her family and friends, organized a parade to welcome her back. Rielynn had suffered serious head and brain injuries. Rielynn’s cousin, Jason Richie, mentioned how devastated everyone was when they heard about the accident, but seeing her pull through so well was amazing. Another classmate, Brandon Grimes, expressed his joy that Rielynn can return to school and have her life back. To support the Martin family during Rielynn’s ongoing recovery at home, a Go Fund Me account has been set up.
