The City of Winfield says the entire intersection of E. 7th Ave & Alexander will be closed beginning Tuesday morning (June 27, 2023), in order for contractors to install a new sanitary sewer line for the Winfield Plaza. Beginning Thursday morning it will be open to one lane traffic. Project is anticipated to be complete by end of day Friday.
