The Walnut Valley Festival is just around the corner. Once again Cowley County will be offering emergency alerts to festival attendees through the Cowley Alerts notification system.
This is a free service that users can opt into by simply texting “WVF2022” to the number 888777. By doing this you will receive messages regarding the festival location, to include, daily weather forecast each morning from September 8th through September 18th, severe weather alerts, and emergency messages related to the festival.
