One week after taking over as president at Cowley College, Dr. Randy Smith took part in his initial Board of Trustees meeting Monday in the Earle N. Wright Community Room. Dr. Smith took over as president at Cowley College for Dr. Dennis C. Rittle, who recently left to lead a community college in Arkansas after seven years in Arkansas City. Dr. Smith spent his first week on the job getting to know as many employees and people in the community as possible.
