From the City of Winfield: This week we applied for Kansas Housing Resources Corporation Moderate Income Housing Grant to support a 44 unit apartment project to help meet our critical need to address workforce housing in Winfield and Cowley County. Cowley Works – Cowley First has nearly 200 open jobs to be filled and we need places for workers to live! In the 2020 community led Comprehensive Planning Process, Housing was identified as the #1 Goal for Winfield.
