They say it was a team decision. The Ark City High School football team won’t play McPherson Friday night in the opening round of playoffs. On Tuesday, Rhett Lathers, a lineback and tailback on the team was killed in a rollover crash that also left another teen in intenstive care. A third student, an ACHS senior like Lathers, was also injured in the crash. The driver of that vehicle, Walker Moulton, wasn’t hurt, but is charged with DUI and manslaughter.
