Gearing up for its first performance of the fall semester, the Cowley College Singers and Cowley Jazz Ensemble will perform its fall concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 5 in the Robert Brown Theatre. There is no cost to attend to the concert. The jazz ensemble will perform a diverse range of music including Latin, funk, and the blues. Selections include the Sammy Nestico classic standard Jumping at the Woodside, originally scored for the Count Basie Orchestra and Blue Bones by Dominic Spera which will feature the trombone section.
