Cowley College president Dr. Dennis C. Rittle shared his thoughts on the “State of Cowley College” during the Arkansas City and Winfield Chamber Lunch Bites held Wednesday in the Earle N. Wright Community Room. The Chambers teamed up for the event as Dr. Rittle shared information on the College’s local impact, its cost model, paw print in Cowley, Sumner, and Sedgwick counties, how it is handling the COVID-19 pandemic, and threats and opportunities facing the College.
