As expected, Governor Laura Kelly announced that the deadline for filing the Kansas 2020 individual income tax has been pushed back to May 17, 2021. The change also applies to fiduciary income tax and homestead or property tax relief refund claim filings. It comes after the IRS announced the federal income tax filing deadline was delayed to May 17th 2021.
