The City of Winfield announced, in observance of President’s Day, the City of Winfield Refuse and Recycling routes have been re-scheduled for the upcoming holiday week, February 15th – 19th. The City of Arkansas City and City of Winfield Recycling Center at Strother Field will be OPEN Friday, February 12th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and CLOSED Saturday, February 13th for President’s Day. The City of Winfield, Compost Facility (320 Broad St.) will be OPEN Saturday’s only from 9:00 am to 3:00pm (weather permitting) until Spring.
