The City-Cowley County Health Department says it acknowledges as of noon on Monday, January 18th, the County has recorded 3153 cases of COVID 19. Additional deaths associated with the virus have climbed to nearly 60 with some recent deaths not currently reflected in the State-provided totals. They expect to move to Phase 2 of the vaccination rollout within days. The health department says they expect nearly 75% of Cowley County residents to want the vaccine, so they willl need about 52,000 doses to be delivered and administered within the next several months.
