The city of Winfield says An E-Waste Recycling Event has been set up by The Green Team of Southwestern College in collaboration with the City of Winfield, Tuesday, February 2nd from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. This year’s event will take place at the Arkansas City/Winfield Recycling Center in Strother Field located at 7th Avenue and D Street.
