Cold weather allows for more remodeling work

The City of Ark City says a silver lining to last week’s cold is that our crews made a lot of progress on remodeling our beloved Cleo Graves Memorial Hogan! The updates include new flooring, cabinets, plumbing, bathroom upgrades, fresh paint, and ceiling work.
