Health department offers services for new moms

The City-Cowley County Health Department says Our Cowley County Maternal Child Health Home Visiting Program provides new moms with education, support, and resources to help ensure their newborn gets a healthy start in life! These services are available with NO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS to all pregnant and postpartum women up to 12 months after delivery.
