Cowley County announced on Facebook, The Kansas Emergency Rental Assistance (KERA) Program is now available. It provides emergency rent and utility assistance for landlords and tenants affected by COVID. The Cowley County Historical Society and Museum is making plans to reopen soon. Starting April 10th, the museum will be open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 until 4 p.m, according to ctnewsonline.com. Masks are required to enter.
