Commission honors employee

During the Ark City Commission meeting on Tuesday, November 1, Wastewater Facility Operator Spencer Stover received recognition for obtaining his Class III Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Certification on October 19. Stover completed a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation Correspondence course at the University of Sacramento. Stover started working at the WWTP on July 7, 2020.
