Cowley County Emergency Management says they are currently gathering information for the state of Kansas from the recent storm damage done throughout July and August. If your home is unable to be lived in, or your business was damaged we need that information. We are working with City of Winfield, KS to gather that information. Please forward your address and details or photos to the emergencymanagement@cowleycountyks.gov email address if you have this type of damage. We cannot guarantee any funds at this time for reimbursement but need this information to submit to the state for FEMA.
