A new report says Kansas is seeing more mountain lions, black bears, and elk. The Topeka Capital-Journal says the state also is seeing an increased presence of river otters and armadillos. The report comes after a mountain lion was caught on video in Wichita last month. Kansas had gone from 1904 to 2007 without any confirmed sightings of mountain lions. But the state says there were 12 sightings last year and three so far this year.
