The City of Arkansas City, the City of Winfield, KS, and the Cowley County Economic Development Partnership are teaming up with Hanna:Keelan Associates to update the Cowley County Housing Study-last completed in 2014. This study will provide critical insights to shape future housing development across the county! The study will: analyze current housing needs, identify future housing priorities, support downtown redevelopment, develop innovative housing programs, and ensure fair housing for all.
