Organizers of the Walnut Valley Festival have announced an exciting addition to their juried crafts fair this year: Art Beat Alley. This dedicated space will offer festival-goers a unique blend of artistic expression and musical talent. Art Beat Alley will feature six gifted musicians who also create beautiful works of visual art. These talented individuals juggle day jobs and gigs, and bring their artistic passions to life in a visual medium as well. The Walnut Valley Festival, which will be held Sept. 14 – 18, 2022, draws a crowd of 10,000-15,000 people to celebrate a blend of all kinds of acoustic music, including bluegrass, folk, Americana, a little bit of cowboy, some Celtic, blues, jazz and swing, and more.
