The Cowley County Commission has a meeting set for Tuesday, October 17th, at 6 p.m. The agenda is out. It shows the group will consider the approval of the declaration of a local disaster emergency for Cowley County. They’ll consider the approval of several KDOT grants, including for the Council on Aging, Twin Rivers Developmental, and Four County Mental Health. They’ll also consider purchasing three new pickup trucks for the Public Works Road and Bridge Department.
