Arkansas City is preparing to celebrate the 91 st Annual Arkalalah Festival from October 25 th – 28 th . This year’s theme, Aloha Arkalalah, was chosen by the 2023 Arkalalah Executive Committee Chairman, Damon Mendoza. Mendoza, who served in the Marines, has coordinated the inclusion of the Marine Forces Reserve Band. The Marine Forces Reserve Band will follow the color guard, leading Saturday’s parade.
