City of Ark City staff and City Commissioners gathered yesterday morning at the future splash pad at Wilson Park to mark the start of this project. Shortly after the groundbreaking, the initial phases of construction began, with crews on site mapping out the layout and project details. Several materials have already been delivered, marking an important step as this project officially moves into construction.
