Ark City P.D. says we’ve received quite a few questions about whether DARE Camp is overnight. Buses will be taking our campers to Camp Horizon for the day. Drop-off: Please drop your camper off at the Cowley College Baseball Field (1500 S. Summit St, Arkansas City, KS 67005) no later than 7:45 a.m.! Pick-up: Campers will be dropped back off at the same location at 3:30 p.m. (TBA on Friday). Reminder: This camp is only for incoming 6th-8th graders residing in the Arkansas City school district. There are only 65 spots left for campers! Make sure to get your registrations in! The camp is August 4th to 8th.
