The City of Winfield, Kansas, invites proposals for providing food service and/or dining room management at its facility in the Community Center on Baden Square, 700 Gary. Basic requirements are described on the enclosed sheets. Proposals will be accepted in the Office of the City Manager, 200 East Ninth, until 12:00p.m., October 29, 2024. Envelopes containing proposals should be clearly marked “Food Service Proposal”.
