Ricardo Marin-Valadez, a minimum-custody resident of Johnson County Adult Residential Center (ARC) has been apprehended.
Marin-Valadez was taken into custody Sunday night by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. He was arrested without incident on the Kansas Department of Corrections escape warrant.
Marin-Valadez was placed on escape status after not reporting for his scheduled shift Friday morning or returning to the (ARC).
