The Winfield Fire/EMS department says after some winter weather delays, Dondlinger Construction has begun digging for the footings for the next phase of construction on the public safety center. This area immediately east of our apparatus bays will have a training/community room as well as a workout room. The police department will be on the east side of these spaces.
