The Winfield Isle of Lights board is preparing for the 31st year of lighting up Winfield’s beautiful Island Park over the holidays. The display is set to open on Sunday, November 19 th and stay open nightly from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Admission is free but donations are greatly appreciated. It will remain open nightly until Dec. 30, 2023. Volunteers are needed to help set up displays on Tuesday, November 14 th . Two shifts are available for sign-up – 8:00 am to Noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Lunch will be provided. Volunteering is easy and no experience is necessary. New volunteers will be paired with experienced volunteers. Those who wish to volunteer should go to the Soroptimist Pavilion in Island Park at the beginning of your shift to be placed with a Crew Chief.
