Cowley County says ATTENTION AGRICULTURAL LANDOWNERS: The Appraiser’s Office recently mailed out agricultural questionnaires that are incorrect. The surveys that were mailed are titled as “2023” and they should be for 2024 as any changes made will be applied to the 2024 year. In addition, the land type and acreage table did not convert correctly so the table data in incorrect as well. We will be sending out corrected questionnaires in the new few weeks. Please disregard the 2023 notice. When you receive the corrected 2024 notice, check to see if the land type and acreages appear to be correct. Either return the survey with the corrections noted or call or stop by the office and we will make sure the corrections are made for 2024.
