The Ark City Area Chamber of Commerce asks, Have you always wanted to make a difference in the life of a child? Here is your chance. CASA of Cowley County is an organization that advocates on behalf of children who, due to abuse and neglect, find themselves in a court system that can be scary and confusing. As a volunteer you can be that difference. Come out Thursday, February 2nd from 6 PM-8 PM for a come and go informational evening.
