Area voters have until tomorrow if they plan to register to vote in the 20-22 general election on Nov. 8. Prospective voters can register for the first time or otherwise update or make changes to their registration. Advanced voting for the general election begins Oct. 24. Voters can cast a ballot early at the Cowley County Clerkâs Office in Winfield, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24th to Oct. 28th and Oct. 31st thru Nov. 4th. Advance voting is also available at the Water Treatment Plant in Ark City.
