With the first official day of classes at Cowley College beginning on September 12, 1922, the College held a Proclamation Celebration Wednesday in the Robert Brown Theatre. The event also shared the vision for the future Career and Technical Education Center to be built on the main campus in Arkansas City. Cowley College has many exciting events planned throughout the school year in recognition of its 100 years of service.
