The Cowley College Golden Tigers is an educational program offered to community members who are at least 50 years of age and/or retired. Through classes, day trips, and workshops, it seeks to provide opportunities that promote the social, intellectual, mental, spiritual, and physical health of its members. Enrollment for classes in Arkansas City will take place Tuesday, August 16, from 2-4 p.m. in the Earle N. Wright Community Room. Enrollment for classes in Wellington will be held Thursday, August 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Short Center Community Room.
