Winfield Police moving VIN inspections

The Winfield Police Department says It’s time for the Cowley County Fair! That means we are moving VIN inspections back to our station (812 Millington St.) this Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will return to Barn 4 at the Winfield Fairgrounds next Tuesday, August 2nd.
