Hosting a summer softball camp for grade school age participants on Tuesday and a camp for middle and high school students Wednesday at Ed Hargrove Field, close to 60 individuals took part in the Cowley College softball camps. The offensive session taught fundamentals to help players become better offensively. Included in this session were hitting, bunting, and slapping. A base-running portion was designed to show players techniques and tricks to help them become a threat on the base paths.
