From USD 470 – Arkansas City Public Schools: The number of COVID-19 cases (and associated close contacts) is quickly rising within our district. Due to the number of positives at Adams Elementary and the impact on staffing, the difficult decision was made to temporarily close that building. Adams students will learn from home starting November 12 through November 19. As a reminder, you can find the district’s COVID dashboard at www.usd470.com. Red indicates that the number of COVID-impacted people surpasses the masking threshold and masks are now required in that building.
