The Cowley College Singers and Cowley Jazz Ensemble performed its fall concert Tuesday in the Robert Brown Theatre to much anticipation as it was the first concert of the school year for both groups. The CC Singers, under the direction of Lindsay Allen and in collaboration with Stephen Butler, performed classics such as At Last, made popular by Etta James, and It’s Alright made popular by the 1960s group, The Impressions. They also performed Virtual Insanity, The Sound of Silence, and As Long as I’m Singing.
