From Winfield Police: Due to the upcoming Walnut Valley Festival, vehicle inspections have been relocated to our station at 812 Millington St. starting with yesterday’s inspections and continuing through Thursday, September 23rd. Inspections will return to Barn 4 of the Winfield Fairgrounds starting Tuesday, September 28th. Inspections are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The fee is $20 (cash only), and the vehicle’s title must be presented in person or faxed to (620)221-5592 by the lienholder prior to receiving the inspection.
