From the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office: We are proud to announce our collaboration with the Arkansas City Police Department and the Rooted Women’s Ministry for Faith and Blue Weekend. We will doing bicycle registrations, car seat checks and handing out popsicles during this event. Come join the gathering on October 9, 2021 from 10am to Noon at 117 East 5th Ave in Arkansas City, Ks. We will be in the back parking lot.
