Ark City Area Chamber of Commerce says Downtown Ark City Trick or Treat will be Sunday, October 31st from 6pm-8pm. And we will have Trick or Treaters go in a clockwise rotation (East Side Of Summit Will Travel South and the West Side of Summit Will Travel North). Darrin Green is taking orders for candy if you would like to do a bulk buy on candy. He has a wholesale vendor that will deliver a variety of candy for $3.00 per pound and that includes shipping. If you want to order candy for Arkalalah or Halloween, come by Double Eagle at 104 S Summit to place your order. There is a 5 pound minimum. Most candy is 50 to 60 pcs per pound on average.
