Winfield Police Department says they’ve received official word from American Red Cross Kansas that the winner of last week’s Battle of the Badges blood drive is … WINFIELD! The Winfield community donated 83 units of blood, compared to Arkansas City’s 69 units. Thank you to all who showed up and rolled up a sleeve to help us achieve victory!
