From the City of Winfield: Drivers should be aware of the New Three-Way Stop at Viking Blvd./Warren Ave. Back to school will be a little different for parents and students on Viking Blvd. Working together with our partners at USD 465 – Winfield, we are implementing traffic adjustments on Viking Blvd. In addition to advanced warning signs and additional speed radar signage, the intersection at Viking Blvd./Warren Ave. has been converted to a three-way stop.These adjustments are being made to promote pedestrian safety.
