A reminder that in Ark City, The alleyway between the 100 blocks of North First Street and North Summit Street, just east of City Hall, will remain closed from Central to Chestnut avenues through at least Monday, July 19 due to continuing utility work in the alley. This closure is so a subcontractor can perform work for AT&T on telecommunications equipment. The public should not park in any of the parking spaces that adjoin the alley during this time.
